Service Description
Our 8-week Sports Program for 3rd–5th graders is built to keep kids active, learning, and having fun. Students are introduced to a variety of sports, including soccer, T-ball/baseball, and fitness challenges, while also practicing teamwork, leadership, and communication. This program is designed to improve athletic skills, build confidence, and encourage a lifelong love for healthy activity. With small class sizes (max 10 kids), every student gets the chance to shine and stay engaged in a safe, supportive environment.
Cancellation Policy
SeaQuest Sports policies apply to all programs for ages 1.5–8. A minimum of five students is required to launch any class. If this minimum is not met, families may transfer to another time, receive credit, or request a refund. Class capacity is age-based: 1.5–3 max 6, 3–5 max 8, 5–7 max 10, 7–8 max 10. Enrollment closes when capacity is reached. Families select from hourly slots such as 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00. New classes may be added one hour before or after existing sessions once minimums are met. Final schedules are confirmed no later than seven days before the program begins. All sessions are held at our designated facility or field with details provided in confirmation. Refunds are issued if minimums are not met or if SeaQuest cancels. Families who withdraw before the first class receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds after the first session. Credits may be granted for documented medical emergencies. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled for weather. Make-up classes may be added at the end of the season. If multiple sessions are canceled and cannot be rescheduled, prorated credit may be issued. No individual make-ups are given for personal absences. All coaches are background-checked and trained in age-appropriate instruction. SeaQuest is not a daycare, and a parent or guardian must remain on site or within immediate proximity during every class. Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up. Staff are not responsible for children outside class times. SeaQuest staff are not licensed medical providers and cannot give specialized care. Coaches carry limited first aid supplies and may provide only basic care. In emergencies, staff will contact the parent and call 911 if needed. Families must disclose allergies, conditions, medications, and emergency contacts at registration. Respect, cooperation, and sportsmanship are expected. Unsafe or disruptive behavior—including aggression, rule violations, or verbal abuse—will not be tolerated. Parents must model positive behavior, support a safe environment, and avoid sideline coaching. SeaQuest may remove any participant whose conduct, or whose family’s conduct, threatens safety or learning. Removal for conduct reasons is not refundable. SeaQuest maintains liability insurance, but participation in youth sports carries inherent risks of falls, collisions, and other injuries. By registering, families accept these risks, release SeaQuest from liability for injuries from normal play.
